Geanie
Client Care Coordinator
I’ve been in the veterinary field since 2005, starting as an unpaid volunteer and working my way up through the years. After more than 15 years as a veterinary technician, I’ve spent the last six years as a receptionist here at our clinic. I love being part of a small, family-owned practice where we truly work like family and bring joy, laughter, and compassion into everything we do.
I’ve been married to my husband, Trae, since October 2014, and together we have two stepchildren and a dachshund mix named Oscar. I love Halloween and add a little spooky touch to my everyday style whenever I can. In my free time, I enjoy catching up on sleep, online shopping, and an ice-cold Coca-Cola.

Natalie
Client Care Coordinator
I’ve been a receptionist at Millcreek Animal Hospital since 2023, and I love being part of the veterinary field. I enjoy creating a welcoming, upbeat environment and helping each visit run smoothly. Getting to know the pets who come through our doors is one of my favorite parts of the job, and I love doing what I can to help them feel comfortable and cared for.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom to three big, lovable dogs and happily married. I love staying active — whether that’s working out, hiking, camping, or spending time outdoors with my family. When I’m home, you’ll usually find me baking sourdough in the kitchen. Animals and being outdoors are a big part of who I am, and I feel lucky to bring that passion into my work every day.

Lacey
Veterinary Technician
I began my journey at Millcreek over four years ago as a receptionist, quickly discovering my passion for veterinary medicine and patient care. After about a year, I chose to give up my day off to begin training in the back, eager to expand my knowledge and skills. Through dedication and hard work, I advanced to a technician assistant position and transitioned to working full time behind the scenes. As of last year, I proudly became an official Veterinary Technician at Millcreek.
I am passionate about providing compassionate care to both patients and their families and continually strive to grow within the field. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of two children. I love traveling, attending concerts, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Interesting fact: I have a severe allergy to bees!
